It is essential to maintain constant communication between all stakeholders.  The students’ success depends on open and clear communication in order to be aware of the extra help that the instructor offers as well as reminders to submit work in a timely manner.  Parents should be included in the email communications along with the facilitators.  I send weekly reminders for all deadlines and/or announcements using smore or makebeliefscomix.com.  For phone calls I use either DialMyCalls or Google Voice.
